All purchases are final sale, 258pm salon unfortunately does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, please review Measurements, Condition, and Shipping & Policies before placing an order. 

Order Processing & Packing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. 258pm salon reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving item availability, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.

258pm salon uses recycled packaging whenever possible to reduce its carbon footprint.

Shipping Insurance
Orders are automatically insured to the full amount with Shipsurance, with the exception of USPS First-Class International. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it becomes the carrier's sole responsibility to ensure its safe delivery.

In the rare case a parcel is damaged, lost or stolen, 258pm salon is happy to assist in filing a claim with Shipsurance within 120 days after the initial ship date. Please bear in mind that the filing process could be long and the final compensation depends on the coverage amount and Shipsurance's approval. For shipping claims, please keep a proof of the original damaged parcel including packaging and email info@258pmsalon.com. 258pm salon is not responsible for damaged or lost parcels on orders made without coverage.

Domestic U.S. Shipping
All orders are issued an USPS/UPS tracking number.

International Shipping
258pm salon offers international shipping with USPS/UPS/DHL. Shipping rates depend on the size and weight of the items. USPS First-Class International is the cheapest option and generally takes 1-4 weeks for delivery depending on the destination; however, it does not provide tracking or insurance. 258pm salon is not responsible for damaged or lost parcels shipped via USPS First-Class International. For insured and trackable shipping options, please choose from USPS Priority, UPS or DHL.

International Duties & Taxes
258pm salon is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms. Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. 258pm salon does not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.

Regulations and guidelines on international duties and taxes differ by country, please check with the local customs authority for more information.

In the case that the recipient refuses to pay import duties and taxes, and if the parcel is then abandoned, the order will not be eligible for refund or store credit. In the case that the parcel is returned safely back to 258pm salon in its original purchased state, a store credit of the total order amount, subtracting shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% of the order value will be issued.

All idiosyncrasies, including wear, stains and repairs are intrinsic to vintage and pre-loved garments, and these imperfections are part of their charisma and histories.

The physical garment's colors might differ slightly from what is captured in the photographs, and the colors of photographs could also vary from screen to screen.
